How does FivePoint Credit Union protect my personal information?

How does FivePoint Credit Union collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- open an account or apply for a loan
- use your credit or debit card or give us your employment information
- give us your contact information
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus,
affiliates, or other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
- sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
- affiliates from using your information to market to you
- sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State law and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

- Our joint marketing partners include advertising/marketing agencies, CUNA Mutual Group's MEMBERCONNECT, credit card companies, loan recapture programs, and financial advisors.
Fivepoint Credit Union collects potentially personally-identifying information that is collected by Gooogle Analytics. The analytics feature Fivepoint Credit Union has implemented is based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the Doubleclick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customer Display Network ads using Ads Settings.
Fivepoint Credit Union will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable informaiton with non-personally indentifiable information previously collected from Google Display Advertising features that is based on the DoubleClick cookie unless Fivepoint Credit Union has robust notice of, and the user's prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger. Fivepoint Credit Union also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. Fivepoint Credit Union only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information.
At any time, visitors may choose to opt-out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Fivepoint Credit Union uses the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting feature to identify trends in the usage of its website which may be published in reports for internal use.
